To fully experience the effectiveness of a life coaching program, an initial three-month commitment of weekly sessions is suggested. This provides time to develop a trusting relationship with the coach, gain clarity about what you would like to achieve, and begin working on your action plan. After the initial three months, most clients have established traction with their motivation and goals. Many clients then choose to meet with the coach every-other-week so they have more time to work on specific assignments.
